how can i boot vista or 7 if i install new boot manager in mbr

how can i boot vista or 7 if i install new boot manager in mbr
or if i move partition in to another place in hard drive it show
i need installation dvd but i need to do it without dvd only
in small software in boot time or dos or linux
and i did find the boot loader in mbr can be installed
before second boot in time of installation process but if
i did not do it any modification in ipl in mbr or in partition
make every system newest then xp unbootable
and i must say i do not have any copy of mbr
so is anyone know where 7 heve this protected data
which he compare in time of boot because he boot
and he scream give me dvd (what is he eating them)
